Biodynamic Craniosacral Sessions

Crossover Touch

Biodynamic Craniosacral Sessions

Biodynamic Craniosacral sessions are a whole body/being approach to healing, remembered wholeness, and the evolution of consciousness. Supported by presence, inner attunement, and a gentle, resonant touch, the body’s inherent wisdom invites processes of settling, reorganization, healing, and integration.

During Biodynamic Craniosacral sessions, we work with the creative Life Force that forms the body. This is not a symptom-oriented, medical, or fixing approach. It is a non-doing, touch-based communion with Life.

Receiving skillful, compassionate touch and reposed attunement in a space of grounded heart presence can have profound implications for shifting patterns, expanding consciousness, transmuting trauma, and deepening into the remembrance of wholeness.

In a relational field that honors stillness, potency, presence, and being - safety, healing, and homeostasis are possible.

Biodynamic Craniosacral work has its roots in indigenous wisdom and healing arts, with its modern evolution growing out of osteopathy and including ongoing discoveries in the fields of psychology, embryology, human development, neuroscience, and the evolution of consciousness.

*Biodynamic Craniosacral sessions are offered in Basel, Switzerland.

Crossover Touch Sessions

Crossover Touch emerged by listening to the embodied wisdom and teachings of my ancestors and soul, supported by Biodynamic Craniosacral training. I make non-physical contact with you through the energetic body and potency of the heart field.

I connect with presence and listen from stillness to the inner expressions of Life as our bodies resonate into the remembrance of wholeness. This allows for processes of settling, reorganization, healing, and integration to unfold.

These sessions can be offered online or in person.

Client Reflections

“Adam provides a calm, supportive, nonjudgmental, equitable atmosphere that enables one to relax into a state of healing. He serves as a helpful guide and translator in understanding the tensions our bodies hold. There is great power in learning to listen to this wisdom. Adam’s approach towards craniosacral therapy is intuitive, skilled, and responsive. Highly recommended!”

“Adam's presence during sessions creates a space in which a person can heal things they didn’t even consciously realize needed healing. He has an intuitive sense that guides the process gracefully in a fully supportive, trauma-conscious direction. His work is truly a gift to the community.”

— JSR

“BCST (& more) with Adam has been a crucial part of my healing journey. Adam does a wonderful job of creating an environment that my body mind can still itself and inhabit deep presence. I am always amazed when Adam inquires about what I’m experiencing and as I try to describe something to him he intuitively knows the same thing. It feels like a collaboration of witnessing and experiencing. My body feels safe and responsive to the techniques applied and my mind becomes curious and quiet. Adam is trauma conscious and skilled - he creates an environment that is perfect for healing!”

“I've had a lot of massage therapy over the years, and the cranio-sacral sessions with Adam were excellent. He set a safe, collaborative tone, and after each session, I felt more relaxed and at home in my body. I highly recommend him.”

— JS

“I had the privilege of receiving BCST sessions from Adam over the course of about five months. His attention, care and skills helped me work through some remaining somatic issues that stem from long-term PTSD and allowed me to release the embodied trauma in a gentle, gradual fashion, to regain my mobility. He is a gifted healer!”

“I really recommend all who have the possibility to get one of Adam's sessions to get one. He has these wonderfully sensitive, warm, listening and seeing hands, that permeate wherever he feels drawn to bring his attention to. And his field of consciousness brings to light whatever is ready to be witnessed, recognised, healed. A jewel of a therapist.”
