An Invitation to Men

A 2-hour online men's group circle for men devoted to inner work, self-healing, relational mindfulness, and collective awakening. We will begin with check-ins, followed by time for men to share (if they choose) and be witnessed in what's most alive for them in their lives at the moment and to receive reflection if wanted. I’ll guide us in embodiment practices and inner work, and we’ll also share time in Relateful Flow (a relational mindfulness practice), evolving from the context of our sharing. You are welcome as you are.

*If payment is prohibitive, email me at connect@adamsippola.com. Nobody who feels called to attend will be turned away for financial reasons.

Agreements:

1. Confidentiality - outside the circle, we agree not to share about another man’s experience without his permission.
2. This isn’t group therapy, and we agree to take care of ourselves and honor our own needs to the best of our ability.
3. During the sharing/reflecting, we agree to be ‘for’ one another and supportive of the other men without violating our own boundaries.
4. Additional agreements you may want in place can be discussed at the start of the group.
