Relatefulness is an evolving practice and culture of relational mindfulness where we explore the creative confluence of being and becoming. In a context valuing awareness, truth, and love, we practice “the art of being with” – being with ourselves, with each other, and with what arises in the relational space between us.

We gather together and bring our awareness and expression to our experience of the present moment, discovering and sharing what it’s like to be us in the emerging now.

Adam Sippola facilitates the sessions that include Relateful Fundamentals, Focus, and Flow.

Paired and group practices help participants connect more authentically with themselves and each other, tapping into the essential nature of relating.

Being relateful can highlight our relational blind spots, help us become more aware of our adaptive habits, patterns, shadows, and triggers, open our minds to the subtleties of our stories, beliefs, and values, and bring us into potent growth choice points in our becoming.

This Relateful Essentials Session isn’t group therapy or a healing modality. Still, subtle and powerful transformation, growth, and wakefulness often happen in practicing relatefulness, as we have the opportunity to slow down enough to be with the heart of the moment and shine the light of awareness on what arises.
